Shanell grew up in Carson City and took her first Yoga class at 16 years old. BOOM! Hooked for life. That single class has led her through two, 2oo HR teacher trainings and more importantly lead her to lifelong friendships, a deeper connection with herself and with those around her. Yoga has created an infinite space for creativity, endless determination and has also created more space in her hamstrings ☺ Most of the time! The practice of Yoga has been just that; a never ending practice that she simply cannot wait to do again and again. The endless possibilities are what fuel her in her life and in her teaching.
