Our Classes

Whether you're seeking a dynamic flow, a strength-building challenge, a detoxifying sweat, or a restorative experience, we offer a diverse range of classes tailored to your needs.

Most classes are one hour, but we do have a few options each week that give students some additional time on the mat (75 minutes), as well as express classes (45 minutes) for a quick workout.

    Build a safe and sustainable yoga practice by learning how to use props and safe alignment to twist, forward fold, open your hips, and back bend with ease. Beginners can set a solid foundation and seasoned practitioners can refine their practice. Pod basics will allow you to move into pod flow 1 and pod flow 2 classes when you feel ready for your the next steps on your yoga journey.

    Embody the true spirit of breath-synchronized movement set to music in pod flow 1. Begin with warm up through Sun Salutations and progress through sequences that build strength and flexibility. All classes focus on proper alignment and safety, with added challenges from our pod basics series.

    97°F + 40% humidity

    Pod flow 2 classes are powerful heated vinyasa classes that are dynamic and accessible, set to music, and offer more challenging postures, physicality, and variations. Teachers bring their own creative elements for diverse and inspiring classes. Expect intelligent sequencing progressions, a detoxifying sweat, a physically challenging practice, and an opportunity to melt away the stress from your day.

    105°F + 60% humidity

    Pod hot is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility in the body, and produce a detoxifying sweat. Class includes breathing exercises, a standing series, and a floor series.

    The 60 minute classes are set to music and are suitable for all levels. A towel is required and water is highly recommended. Please come to class well hydrated.

    105°F + 40% humidity

    Pod hot 45 utilizes a set sequence of postures practiced in a room set to 105 degrees and 40% humidity. The class is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility in the body, and produce a detoxifying sweat. Class includes breathing exercises, a standing series, and a limited floor series, with optional Vinyasas between standing poses.

    The 45 minute classes are set to music and are suitable for all levels. A towel is required and water is highly recommended. Please come to class well hydrated.

    98°F + 45% humidity

    This class blends elements of a pod hot and vinyasa flow class. Accompanied by music, this is a set intelligent sequence of postures designed to build slowly, open the body safely and strengthen from head to toe.

    The room is heated to 98°F with added humidity 45% to promote deep stretching, mental focus and a detoxifying sweat. Prior Yoga experience is helpful as this is not a beginner class. A towel is a must and water is recommended. Please come to class well hydrated.

    A fun and vibrant fitness-based class, taught to the beat of high-energy music, designed to provide balance to your practice. Pod fit begins with an active, full body warm-up designed to engage your core and prepare all major muscle groups. The class utilizes resistance training and body weight and cardio exercises to accelerate change in the body, build strength, and increase core stability. The class finishes with gentle stretching and a light cool down.

  • mat pilates

    non-heated

    Mat-based pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Class is room temperature.

  • pod gentle

    non-heated

    Pod gentle classes move at a slow, mindful pace and include basic breathing exercises, a variety of foundational postures (standing and floor poses), utilize props such as blocks, bolsters and straps, and include a guided meditation at the end of class.

    Pod gentle is practiced at room temperature with soft music playing and classes are suitable for all levels of practitioner.

    Pod release is a floor-based class that employs self myofascial release, breath, and stretching techniques as an add-on to fitness and yoga practices. Using recovery tools such as balls and yoga blocks, this 60-minute class serves to aid in range of motion, enable muscle recovery, and support overall physical function and comfort.

    This class is unheated and suitable for students with all levels of experience.

  • yin

    non-heated

    Yin yoga increases joint mobility and improves flexibility by applying moderate stress to the body's connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and fascia). In a yin class, expect to hold each posture passively for 2-5 minutes, supported with props and blankets.

    To create a relaxing environment, yin classes are dimly lit and use soft music. Classes are suitable for all levels.

  • yin + restore

    non-heated

    In this 75 minutes class, we start with small, gentle movements to warm the body including a few yin poses. Yin is where the postures are held to build heat, which target the joints and connective tissue. From there, we move into deep relaxation through the use of comfortable bolsters, blankets, and blocks allowing you to settle in and settle down. You are guaranteed to leave class feeling different from how you started.

  • yoga nidra

    Yoga nidra, translated as "yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation aimed to lead one through a rested state with slower, restorative brain-wave activity. This class is a therapeutic practice that helps to power down the body, release stored tensions, and renew energy by intentional focus on muscle relaxation, breathing techniques, and guided meditation. Expect to lay down with support of bolsters and blankets for this deeply restorative practice.
