Yoga Teacher

I teach yoga because yoga has given me so much physically, spiritually, and emotionally and I want others to experience it too.  I want to provide an opportunity for others to experience the transformative, healing power of yoga for mind, heart, and body.  

My style is encouraging and supportive focusing on proper form and the why behind the postures.  I want people to find joy in their practice.  I want them to feel amazing after class, itching to come back for more.  

New students can expect a welcoming class focused on breath, form, and accessing inner stillness to find strength. I encourage progressing slowly so postures are done correctly.  At the same time, I love the power of music in a class, loud “whoos!!” as I think it’s important to keep energy high so students feel energized thought class.
