After a consistent yoga practice and physical exercise routine I noticed the benefits beyond the physical. I loved the mental relief yoga gave me as well as the feeling after a class. Accomplishment. I wanted to share what I experienced with others.
I teach Pilates and sub yoga. My teaching style is challenging but offers many different modifications for any level. I want my students to have fun, enjoy my playlist, and leave feeling confident after taking my class.
Outside of teaching I enjoy listening to live music especially outdoors and going to comedy shows. My favorite thing to do is walk my dog with my husband when it’s sunny outside.
