Lisa began practicing yoga in 2002. She quickly realized itβs transformative effect on her life. Feeling disconnected and physically depleted, she discovered yoga put her in touch with herself, got her out of her head and connected her mind to her body. It made her feel alive and allowed her to live an authentic life. The emotional and physical benefits she received from her regular practice were amazing, so in 2003 she became a yoga teacher. Teaching allows her to help others discover the healing power of yoga for themselves. Lisa lives a very active lifestyle and loves to spend time outdoors in nature hiking and skiing with family and friends.
