Mitchell Fink
Yoga Teacher
Mitchell grew up in Interior Alaska and migrated to the Lower 48 in pursuit of new opportunities (and warmer weather) and soon made Reno his new home. After a lifetime of physical activities his body started to succumb to injury. He began his yoga journey with Bikram Hot Yoga to supplement other fitness routines. Soon after this experience, yoga gradually became Mitchell’s primary discipline and expanded from Bikram’s into Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga practices. Mitchell decided to further his practice and in March 2016 he completed a 200-hour RYT class with Angie Fraley’s OM2Yoga in Reno. He is excited to share his experience with the Yoga Pod Community through classes that offer a balance between breath and movement that can be used on or off the mat.
