Yoga "fell into my lap" at a time when I needed it the most. It literally saved my life. Because of this I utilize the aspects of yoga that saved me to shine through my teaching. Although I was originally trained in Bikram, I found my wheelhouse in vinyasa. Be prepared for a creative and challenging flow, laced with arm balancing, inversions and philosophy. I enjoy integrating philosophy from yoga, Buddhism and other eastern practices to set a positive intention to practice toward. When I'm not on my mat I enjoy anything outdoors. From the ocean to the mountains I find my center and balance when I am connected with mother earth.
