Kate Colby Nelson has over 30 years experience as a Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner, Educator, and Therapeutic Movement Guide. Her love and devotion to the healing arts of the body led her to the integrated path of Mind/Body Medicine, Yoga and Chakra Studies, New Thought Philosophy, and the Science of Heart Intelligence. Kate blends the wisdom and truth of the great mystics together with the science of anatomy to make Yoga a safe and joyful experience for all. She believes that Yoga is a self-healing practice, and when we practice all is coming.
