Yoga Teacher

Yoga changed my life. When I first started doing yoga I did it for the physical practice. I loved how I felt after my yoga classes- strong and healthy. It wasn't until I went through my 200 hr yoga teacher training that I realized the deeper benefits of yoga. The ability to live a clearer, easier, more peaceful life. The gift I was given to understand I had choices to live my best life possible. The poses "the asanas" became a way to practice off the mat what I did on the mat.All while feeling strong and healthy in both mind and body. I hope to give my students all of this when they take a class with me. I hope they feel just as strong and healthy in the soul as they do in the body after my class. I'm looking forward to having each and every one of you in my class and building relationships on and off the mat!
