I teach vinyasa style, linking breath to movement. I like to move more slowly and consciously into the postures. Moving freely between the postures. A yogic dance of you will.
Students can expect a big emphasis on staying connected to their breath. That is the main priority in my classes. The postures come secondary. They can also expect a free flowing class with challenging postures, complimented with some deep stretching.
Outside of the studio, I am busy with two little ones, love to take my Ridgebacks on daily walks, baking and drinking wine. π
